Both of these new classes with start with Step 1: Sensing Energy.  Please see Classes Available for descriptions of the classes.  I know that the first couple of classes are very basic, but I will have something for the more advanced student as well as the beginner.

The current class will continue at my office on the 1st Saturday of each month.  If you wish to join any of these groups, please let me know, or just come to class - you will be warmly welcomed.
