If there is anything in particular that you want, or don't want, to hear about, just include it in the email. If you could also include your location, I can only send you information pertinent to your area - you don't need a reminder of Oregon classes if you are in Washington, etc. 

I promise to never share your email address with anyone. I also promise to not send out an email everyday. You don't need an email from me that often -- unless you request one, then you should also be one of my students. ;-)
